We eat well in a friendly and village atmosphere, the dishes are served at the pace of the crossing of the road by the temeral servers (it should ask for a risk premium) the service is quick and effective. We eat everything to please and come back! 20 euros for a large choice, it would be very necessary to not find its happiness.
This authentic restaurant is located in the center of the typical village of boffres. the kitchen, of traditional type, is served with generosity in a very friendly atmosphere. Two of the specialties are the gratin of foie gras ravioli and the gratin of ravioli with crayfish. the complete menu, at 27 euros, offers in the entrance of the frog thighs to the Provençal or a house foie gras terrine and then various types of meat or fish including the two specialties mentioned above. the cheese tray that follows, well provided, is left on the table at the disposal of the guests. As for desserts, I recommend the ardecholic cut with brown ice, vanilla ice cream, whipped and brown cream, a pure wonder! for those with less appetite, there are other menus and a map in which everyone can find his happiness. Last example, the kir châtaigne aperitif costs 2 euros!Go without hesitation in this establishment too unknown because you will never be disappointed, both by the quality of the welcome and the quality of the products offered. Last point, in the beautiful days the hotel has a panoramic terrace with a magnificent view of the valley and the surrounding hills.

Ce restaurant authentique est situé au centre du village typique de Boffres. La cuisine, de type traditionnel, est servie avec générosité dans une ambiance très conviviale. Deux des spécialités sont le gratin de ravioles au foie gras et le gratin de ravioles aux écrevisses. Le menu complet, à 27 euros, propose en entrée des cuisses de grenouilles à la provençale ou une terrine de foie gras maison et ensuite différents types de viandes ou de poissons y comprises les deux spécialités précitées. Le plateau de fromage qui suit, bien fourni, est laissé sur la table à disposition des clients. Quant aux desserts, je vous recommande la coupe ardéchoise avec glace marron, glace vanille, chantilly et crème de marron, une pure merveille ! Pour ceux dont l'appétit est moindre, il existe d'autres menus et une carte dans lesquels chacun peut trouver son bonheur. Dernier exemple, l'apéritif kir châtaigne coute 2 euros !Allez sans hésiter dans cet établissement trop méconnu car vous ne serez jamais déçus, tant par la qualité de l'accueil que par celle des produits proposés.Dernier point, aux beaux jours l'établissement dispose d'une terrasse panoramique avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée et les collines voisines.
