On the morning shift of March 14, 2021, I called Roger while dining for breakfast (we were out of town). I was impressed to see how, just half an hour later, the young staff made me proud with their enthusiasm for their work. Roger was diligently cleaning tables and helping out behind the counter without needing any reminders. He took the time to engage with customers, ensuring everyone received their orders with care and support, showcasing his commitment to creating a positive dining experience.
