Chick-fil-a - BOILING SPRINGS

I really like Chick fil a, but what is the purpose of ordering online for curbside pickup, waiting over 30 minutes for it to be ready, then going inside to pick it up and waiting another 30 minutes? What is the point? It should be convenient and fast but instead, it's a hassle waiting for your food for almost an hour with two toddlers in the car. Completely unacceptable.

This used to be the best Chick-fil-a in upstate South Carolina, it is now one of the slowest and nastiest CFA?s around the upstate. Extremely slow! We waited over 25mins and watched multiple people get up and walk out because it took so long. Workersare not very nice and definitely not the CFA standard.

I am a fan of Chick-fil-A, but I believe this particular store has room for improvement. In my opinion, the lack of cleanliness and organization at this location does not align with Chick-fil-A's brand and values. I have never had issues with the food, but finding parking and a clean table can be a challenge. The store often feels chaotic and unkempt, with the smell of sour tea lingering around the counters. It seems like there is a lack of supervision and leadership among the staff, who work tirelessly but seem to lack direction. This store appears to be in need of better management, as the frontline workers are left to fend for themselves. It is surprising that the South Carolina health department has not intervened due to cleanliness concerns. Corporate should step in to provide support, training, and resources to improve the overall experience for customers. Additionally, addressing the lack of parking spaces would greatly benefit the operation of this location.

The staff at the restaurant are always polite and knowledgeable about the menu. They provide excellent customer service. The food is delicious, served quickly and at the right temperature. The only downside is the poor quality of the ice cream on the menu.

'Atmosphere ' only gets 1 star from me because the layout of this store location sucks. It 's cramped and chaotic. Drivers get in each other 's way. People trying to pull in/out of parking spaces are at the mercy of every other driver. It 's just crazy. Isthis ever going to get fixed? As long as the money is still rollin in for the people in charge, no one cares.
