Crescent Public House Boise

The dining experience was fantastic! This is definitely one of the top spots in Boise. We were seated right away, and we all decided to share the crab cakes, which were delicious. Everything from start to finish was superb. Kudos to the chef!

We were pleasantly surprised by the new Crescent Bar. The atmosphere is bright and trendy, and it’s exceptionally clean—not dark and dingy at all. The food was a world apart and much better than we expected! We started with the house salad and French onion soup. Both were quite good—the soup was how French onion should be: rich and flavorful, but not overly salty. The salad was excellent. We then had the roasted chicken, which was delicious. The portion sizes were generous, providing enough for leftovers, and the flavors were fantastic. The menu had a wintery, hearty theme. I loved the mushrooms paired with the roasted chicken. Overall, it was a completely new experience at the Crescent, and we had a great time!

This bar has a fantastic atmosphere, offering a nice blend of coolness and comfort. The food and drinks are excellent, and everything feels clean and fresh. It’s a refreshing change from the last bar I visited, which had a rather dull vibe.

We are here tonight for a small family celebration of 6 people. I made online reservations and we sat immediately what was super. they have an amazing alcohol and wine selection. all our drinks were perfect! my only complicity is that they don't have hard seltzer options, but I also like hard fleet, so I don't disturb much. everything was clean and the service of our server emina was fabulous, as well as the gm mario several times to check on us. I ordered the kitty salad I absolutely loved and the brezels with cheese. I'm going to long them both for one thing! my friend has the cajun garnel and grotten. I tried one bite and it was delicious. the nabenbein has the Fingersteak Special. they also enjoyed their meal. large, baked portions steak with a spicy cocktail sauce. we will definitely come back! I'd give 4.5 stars if I could!

So much lighter brighter and cleaner than the old crescent we remember! The food is also fabulous. They have a very creative upscale bar menu. The steak was one of the best I have ever had, not exaggerating! They really need to improve the seating stat. The chairs are not comfortable at all, and some lower tables would also be helpful. The lighting could use some interest and softening but the decor is still a work in progress and improving all the time. The green walls are a big help. I’m excited to use the patio area this summer and enjoy some events in the back bar area. This place has a lot of potential, especially if they make it more comfortable to hang out for awhile!
