Starbucks - Boise

I placed an online order and accidentally sent it to the wrong location. The woman who assisted me was incredibly friendly and prepared my drinks at this store. She even called the other location to inform them of the situation. While I've had mixed experiences with customer service at other Starbucks, this store definitely went above and beyond. Thank you!

This Starbucks offers the best Flat White I've had among all the ones in the Treasure Valley. Just a heads up, it's pretty much the only coffee shop in the mall, so it can get quite busy when the mall is crowded. To skip the lines while you're shopping, I recommend ordering through their app.

Originally ordered for a bold grande but was offered a pour over instead and changed my order to Smores while the coffee is being prep for brew and the barista gladly changed my order and didnt charge me .That is a good customer service!

The coffee is excellent as always, but I'm disappointed with your new barista, Catlin. She wouldn't provide me with a refill on my coffee, and I wasn't aware that I couldn't get one since I purchased my coffee at a different location. My friend eventually explained the situation to me, as your staff member was unhelpful.
