Contribuisci feedbackI ordered an omelette, but the young man seemed unable to handle the vegetables. I was trying to help him by coming back to show him how to do it when the manager, Kim, began making passive-aggressive remarks about his work. I explained that I was joking, and the young man smiled along, but then she became rude and very unprofessional. It was clear she hadn't trained him properly, and in the end, I ended up paying for a boiled egg instead. I tried to call the manager, but he didn't answer or return my call. Please see the photo of the “omelette.”
They couldn't even get the order right in writing. Regardless of the workload, they should be able to follow written instructions.
The food wasn’t anything exceptional, but I wasn't looking for anything urgent. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the service was quick. The heavenly cheesecake cookies were amazing—definitely worth trying!
We were told we couldn't have meat on the side, even though we had ordered 2 sandwiches. for my salat no fork was given which had very little ranch. 2 serviettes for all foods.
No masks. Employee didn’t even speak to me. Chicken rubbery. Usually love Subway!
