Boston Market - Bolingbrook

We placed an order online, and it was ready ahead of schedule. Our entire order came in one container, which is a nice change from the previous practice at Boston Market of using multiple containers. I'm grateful for the reduction in plastic waste. My only complaint is that the cornbread was slightly squished in the bag.

I arrived about 30 minutes before 5 and was greeted by Dorrie, the server. I explained that I needed three prime ribs to go and was willing to wait until 5. Dorrie was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and hospitable, managing to serve multiple customers at the same time. Ten minutes before closing, I reminded her of my order, and she quickly gathered everything for me, including the cornbread and horseradish, which she had already prepared in a bag. At 5 p.m., my ribs were ready, and I was all set to go. The Boston Market rotisserie prime rib, priced at $16.99 with two sides of cornbread and horseradish, was delicious and could easily rival that of more upscale steakhouses. They also let you choose between pink or brown. However, it would be wise for Boston Market to address their supply issues, as it’s concerning to not meet customer demand consistently.
