Boston Market - Bolingbrook

We placed our order online, and surprisingly, it was ready ahead of schedule. Everything was packaged in a single container, which is an improvement over the previous practice of using multiple containers at Boston Market. This change means less plastic waste, which is a plus. The only minor issue I noticed was that the grain bread was a bit squished in the bag.

Anyway, I arrived around 4:30 PM and was greeted by Dorrie, the server. I mentioned that I needed three prime ribs and was willing to wait until 5 PM. Dorrie was the most accommodating, attentive, and friendly staff member I've encountered, even while she attended to several other customers. Ten minutes before 5, I placed my order, and she quickly gathered my items, including the cornbread and horseradish that she had already packed in advance. At exactly 5 PM, the prime ribs were ready, and I was on my way. The Boston Market Prime Rib, priced at $16.99 with two sides, cornbread, and horseradish, is quite impressive and could easily rival that of upscale steakhouses. You can also choose between pink or brown, which is a nice touch. However, it seems they are struggling to meet demand. Boston Market should reconsider its availability policy.

The drive-thru was only open due to the low staffing, as stated on the sign at the front door.
