Noodles Company - Bolingbrook

This specific location always requires me to check my order. Several times, I've discovered missing items when I got home. I will say that they are good about compensating me for the inconvenience if I return, but it has happened so often that it has become frustrating enough for me to leave a comment about it.

It was a typical noodle experience, but this time the food was fantastic and really hit the spot!

Overall, it was a great experience. I've visited this restaurant many times and sampled a large portion of the menu, and I've enjoyed everything for various reasons. It makes it difficult to choose what to order when you’re there, as everything is so delicious.

The staff seemed unwilling to assist with their app, which was quite challenging to navigate. I ended up leaving without making a purchase. It felt like a waste of my time! We’ve moved past the pandemic, and they really need to refocus on customer service.

Went with my best friends to celebrate. And had a great time. Food was great and the atmosphere was great. We had privacy.
