Bigwave's And Grill - Bolivar

Worst food and service I've ever had in my entire life. Burger was so dry they forgot the cheese. Completely understaffed. One server and one cook on a Saturday.... Mimosa was warm and took and hour to receive. Took 2 hours for food. And they didn't even give us a discount. Will never be back.

The food was not worth the prices, had a Margarita upstairs bar that was horrible, ordered at upstair bar 1 Margarita, 1 draft beer and the Moonshine flight and total charge was 46.03 dollars! Thats crazy prices for a little town like Bolivar! Expect that in Memphis or Nashville but Boliver! Will not be back, such a shame because I love the upstairs deck.

Large sweet tea is quite small. I ordered the fried bologna bbq sandwich. It was barely seared on one side and had slaw which I asked not too that I scraped off. Fries were not very fresh.I ordered ahead to go.

Terrible service. Waited almost 30 minutes for a fountain drink. Never asked if we wanted an appetizer and never attempted to take our order. We were also sitting at the bar so I don't understand how we were so looked over.. Have been here multiple times to give this place a chance at better service. We will NOT be back, unfortunately.. We still tipped the lady and as the receipt was being signed she was eye balling it, almost like she was expecting a tip. It felt super greedy of her. The whole experience was very unpleasant.

Clean, food was good, service was good. I had a burger fries and my husband had the special ribeye steak and baked potato. We were there early on a Saturday (5:00) so no crowd.
