Great burgers, good beer selection, awesome customer service and fun, friendly patrons!! We can't wait to go back!! Bolivar finally has a fun, affordable, and trendy little place to have food, drink, music and pool!

Went for the first time three days ago. The cheeseburger stayed on my mind- it was SO good! Also had fried mushrooms really good too. And the waitress(es) were all friendly. Will definitely be going back again

Better than you would expect. Outside looks like you're pulling up to an upscale industrial garage, but once you're in, the lighting and decor are warm, welcoming, and suiting to the name(lots of cutting tools on display). The staff are AMAZEBALLS, Erin behind the bar and Willie on the grill, and of course, the owner Brandon will all make you feel welcome even if you're an out of towner(I am, so totally verified). There's no bad stigma here, so if you want to go out for a good time, that's EXACTLY what you'll get when you come here. Bonus, the kitchen here SLAYS IT. Best burgers in town. Great prices, great people, what's not to love?

I'm an infrequent visitor to Cut-Ups, going in for a burger and beer 4-5 times a year. I've never had anything less than top shelf service, and really good food, in all of my visits. The prices are reasonable, the portions are sufficient, and I love their food. The menu is simple bar food, the beer selection has a good variety, and the liquor selection is comprehensive enough for a small town bar. I'm a day/early evening visitor, and can't speak to anything in the bar after 9:00 PM. I would classify this as the best burger in Bolivar, MO. Should you ever be stranded in Botown MO check them out.
