Kfc - Bolivar

They never have anything I want and the employees are rude and always on phone. On my lunch break I wanted to eat inside and they told me that I couldn 't order from inside the restraunt and told me I had to go through the drive-through to order. Wentto Subway instead. 1 STAR!

Very bad service. I entered the restaurant to order food, but the workers were playing and busy on their phones, and no one came to take my order, but they replied that they were busy on Facebook

We visited the kfc in boulevard tennessee. the manager missing erica woods. was very nice. the restaurant was very clean neat and neat.

Extremely racist served the African American customers and told all white customers they were closed . Very hurtful

This place has gone down hill big time over the last few months. Has there been a change in management? Employees are not friendly and are playing around more than they are working. Saw a couple of them with phones out and 2 playing on the internet on the company computer. We saw a car parked right by the door in front of the drive through when we went by this morning. It was still there when we stopped for lunch so we assumed that it was broken down. Nope. While eating we watched 2 employees go out and get in it and then drive around the building several times. My husband overheard them say they were hot in the back so they were going to get some air. They did this twice and finally parked in a spot.3 of our 5 items were wrong. The number 2 on the board was different than what they rang up as a number 2. Then they were out of wings so we had to take a leg instead. The leg was dry and shriveled and not worth eating. We ordered 2 of the bowls with no corn and both had corn in it. Very disappointed.
