Food was not hot when i arrived. My kids barely got any fries with their food.

The only thing that needs really improving is the time between you ordering and actually getting the food.

Waitress was very friendly and attentive. No pressure to leave .

Well, we (4) showed up at the Bolton location only to find out NO DINE IN! Nothing on the website stating that the location was take out only! I was so embarrassed in front of my party. Maybe you should update your website to accommodate the COVID rules!!! Had never been to Kelseys before me I don’t think I will risk making reservations again.... thank god for McDonalds we had some food... disappointed customer!

Service was outstanding, she was quick, polite and friendly, food was hot amd fresh everything you want on a night out.
