Osmow's Shawarma - Bolton

Super aweful food, never have I ever had this terrible solid like a stone black flafal platters. Horrible soggy fries. I literally saw the girl busy on her phone while flafals were deep frying and turned out to be like rocks, shame on you girls, atleast do your jobs correctly. I was sick, wanted food after a long day and had to stuff the cement balls in my face so that I can have my medicine. Never going there ever.

This location is awful and the owner is awful. He's so angry and disrespectful to customers. Go anywhere other than here. La shawarma, bonapita

Order of fries small 2.99 smallest small I've ever seen. Communication between staff and patrons is very poor. Was here once before was disappointed by service and food though I'd give a 2nd chance. Won't be back to this

I had the pleasure of interacting with Manager Harpreet at Osmos Restaurant, and although I didn't have a meal there, her warm and welcoming demeanor left a positive impression. Despite not dining, Harpreet treated me with kindness and a genuine smile. Her excellent customer service skills were evident, and I'm sure that her dedication contributes to a great experience for diners at Osmos Restaurant.
