Symposium Cafe Restaurant Bolton at 2 minues drive to the north of The Tooth Place Dentist in Bolton

The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and when we walked in we were swiftly and kindly greeted and guided to a table. Our waitress Melissa (or Mel) was awesome! So kind and sweet, as well as very fun to talk to! The food was phenomenal, and quite affordable for two people. I would definitely recommend this place and would 100% go again. A massive thank you to Melissa for being so awesome, had to give her a shoutout in this review because she was great!

I had the teriyaki bowl and it was inedible, It was drowning in sauce. I picked out the protein and took it go thinking I could take it home and try to add rice and veggies. I asked the server to tell the chef, way too much sauce. She said he hates making the bowls, he has to put that much sauce . You 're the chef, you know it 's awful, stop doing it! For $28, I won 't be back.

The salmon was under cooked hard to chew, the blt sandwich was dry. The frys were good. The service was slow and not friendly. I wouldn't recommend coming here it was my first and last time. New to Bolton!

Our server Nick was amazing today! He was very attentive and friendly, and got the food and drinks out quick! We will definitely be back!
