Domino's - Bolton

The "manager" at this restaurant threatened to fight me outside because I had not received a refund from three weeks ago. Absolutely appalling behavior, I will be pursuing this issue further.

I received the wrong order at this restaurant. When I called to notify them, I was addressed as "darling" in a condescending tone. The staff was not helpful in fixing the mistake. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that I was speaking to the manager. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and will not be returning as a customer.

I have been frequenting this restaurant for around 5 years. The staff are always cheerful and welcoming. In the past 6 months, the front of house staff have been particularly friendly and welcoming when I go in to pick up my order. I sometimes opt for delivery, depending on the deals available, and have never encountered any issues. Whether I am picking up my order or having it delivered, it is always ready on time and meets my expectations. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer.

Pizza as a family treat and app said delivery 20-30 min! 1 hour later no pizza when the order arrived it was someone else's . Called the store who asked me to keep the order to one side and await a fresh new order within 20 minutes. 30 minutes later they called to say they hadn't even started cooking it

Avoid, we ordered last night and was made out to be a liar. We ordered and asked for the driver to ring when they were outside, never received any calls. I even called the store to check on the status of the order, to be told they had left about 7 minutes ago. I was then called by a rude and frankly can only be described as a vile “manager” who stated that their driver had returned to the store with our order as we hadn’t answered the phone, I explained I had not received any calls and can prove this. We were then told the order would be re delivered but it would be the same one and would be cold, and they could not refund me, as they had evidence that the driver had tried to call me Avoid at all costs I will not be ordering from there ever again, the staffs attitude and customer service stinks
