Since 2021, there has been a big difference - it used to be small and the staff weren't very nice. The food is good, with lots of zesty and spicy flavors. I love their peri peri salt on chips and they always give a tub of garlic mayo for free with every meal. The staff are nice and patient, although they don't always seem to have hummus available, even though it's on the menu. The sharing platters don't have anything great on them. The prices are reasonable, but the drinks are a bit overpriced - £2.49 for a 1.5 litre when I can get a 2 litre for £2 at a local shop. Overall, it's a great place to hang out with friends and relax, and I highly recommend it.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, however the timing of the service leaves much to be desired. The food should be ready at the promised time and the staff should focus on serving customers promptly instead of wandering around aimlessly. Despite paying the requested amount, my order was poorly handled.
After reading a number of negative reviews, I felt compelled to write one of my own. I had visited Pepe's in Stockport before and was very impressed, but this time was a bit disappointing. The staff were not very friendly or polite. While the food was tasty, my chicken was a bit fatty. Despite this, the flavors were delicious.
No manners at all Don’t know to speak with customers Looks like they don’t want anyone coming in Come from Birmingham and thought to try it here But really disappointed Had to leave the food because of customer service So ended up eating in grillville If the owner don’t take it seriously now Will loose a lot ok future I believe
Was told tasted like Nando’s but did not at all and was just as much money, after eating half of us have been to bathroom numerous times, not great at all :
