We ordered a doner kebab and a double cheeseburger from a food delivery app. The estimated delivery time kept changing and ended up being over an hour late. It was frustrating to see the rest of my family enjoying their food while ours was delayed. The doner kebab did not come with bread as expected and the meat was bland. The cheeseburger also lacked flavor and seemed to be made with cheap meat. The only highlight was the good chips and Oreo milkshake. When I called to request a refund, I was only offered a free milkshake for next time, which was not helpful as we do not plan on ordering from them again.

Good food, bad customer service. do not expect them to serve them with a smile and do not expect an apology when they delay their order. latest review on 22/01/22 much improved customer service, eating is still good and they are known for fast service. would recommend.

Unfortunately, our experience at the restaurant was not great. Our Uber Eats order did not arrive, so we had to pick up the food ourselves. By the time we ate, it was cold, congealed, and tasteless, as if it had been sitting for an hour or more. We ordered kebabs, burgers, chicken wings, fries, and haloumi cheese, all of which were disappointing. The restaurant blamed Uber Eats, but they were not interested in resolving the issue. However, Uber Eats did refund the £2.50 delivery charge. The restaurant promised a full refund, but we did not receive it from them. It was a waste of £50.
