Volcano - Bolton

We have ordered from Volcano many times and have always enjoyed their delicious takeaway treats. On one occasion, my salad was missing from the order. However, within 10 minutes a fresh salad and a complimentary chocolate cake were delivered by a friendly staff member. We were very grateful for the gesture. Thank you, Volcano, for making our weekend takeaway enjoyable. The food is always good quality.

Missing half our meals, rang to explain and they gave us a drink half an hour later. Asked for our money back which apparently they cannot do once the food has been sent out. The manager is absolutely rude on the phone and in person. Manager told us they had eight other orders to do so they cant do anything if food is missing as they are too busy to check what they are sending out. Rang Dalaman ltd the following day for our money back and all they can do is speak to the company about a free meal. We dont want a free meal. We want the money back for the food we never received. Volcano staff and the Dalaman ltd gave us different contact details of the owner and none of them work. Absolute shocking service and rude attitude to their customers.

Plenty of food and fast delivery still piping hot on delivery And as should be done with all food delivery places pay a visit to the shop first, I did and found it spotless with excellent friendly staff

Staff are rude and slow service not cool staff ignoring me completly and playing card games which i think is very rude

This place has the best pizza and burgers - truly faultless. The service is outstanding, with quick delivery and top-notch food that is both fresh and delicious. The portions are also generous.
