Blanca Bar Dining - Bondi Beach

Visited last night and we had a table of 6 and took the taste x 7 option with top wine and a couple Hibiki 17 year old for washing it down. Service was top notch and very efficient and friendly. For a porky who likes thrown strawberries this was an explosion of tastes that fought for space on the tongue with every fork or spoon. Will have to start working through that menu to see if I can complain about anything at all ;

Absolutely incredible experience. 8 course degustation menu was the perfect mix of flavours. This place is a local and visitors dream! Do yourself a favour and get here. From the cocktails to the wines to the spectacular menu to the friendly and welcoming service, Blanca deserves 10 stars!

I'v known Tomi for a long time and I have tried all the restaurants he has created in the past couple of years and I must say Blanca Bar Dining is none less than another top notch restaurant in the area with some pretty amazing food with affordable prices and great service. Cant's wait to have dinner there again.

I have been twice now and both times have had the Tasting x 10. (Highly recommended). The best thing about this restaurant is even between the incredible food, the incredible service and the modest price. The worst thing is going to other restaurants after being here. I love it, the oysters are the best I have had. Can't wait to go back.
