I waited 23 mins for a hot chocolate today!!! There’s only 2 girls working and the place was super pack!! Please consider hire more people ate least at pick hrs. Everyone was complaining about the waiting its soo unfair for the stuff as they have to overwork and under stress!! Service: Take out Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely rude staff, was looking for a sweet treat but Instantly lost my appetite after the female staff expressed clear annoyance and impatience. Made me stand there waiting for nothing until a male staff spoke up and asked if i was alright. Won’t be trying the food now with that kind of rude attitude. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love the brownie choco in here. Me and my sister always take away these. Just a bit expensive $9.9) but I think they're worth it, maybe because of their special chocolate. My all time favourite is the white chocolate chai. Creamy and rich flavour!!! Also pretty cheap compared to other drinks. I normally shared with my sister because one portion of white chocolate chai can pour out to 2 cups. I don't normally sit here because the shop is quite old and they don't renovate them. Otherwise, staff is helpful and the drinks are great!
