Haven’t been there for a while because every time we went there, our hamburgers were made wrong. I decided I would go back today and once again my hamburger was made wrong. I asked for the special Carl’s Jr. hamburger which includes lettuce, tomato, and onions. I asked them not to put cheese on it. I just wanted lettuce, tomato, and onions on it. No sauces. OK OK then when I get home and I looked at my receipt, they charged me for the tomatoes, lettuce, and onions .80 extra and they put cheese on the hamburger I would like this problem to be corrected, please

Carl's Jr Hardee's in my experience have generally always had very good selections. Especially when it comes to breakfast and burgers. This particular location had very fresh food the morning that I was there. Plus the staff were very friendly which I understand is rare for fast food restaurants. in this area. I would definitely go back.

Snowing so decided to drive thru. Ordered bbq chicken, no sauce, no lettuce and 2 slices American cheese. Also a reg chicken club. Asked for side of bbq sauce. Pulled forward and after over 10 minutes I get my order. No bbq sauce, bbq chicken had lettuce and the club had no lettuce with my cheese on it. Had to go inside to get my correct order. This is not my first time getting my order wrong, so I thought I’d mention it. They mess up orders all the times me so check your food before leaving if you’re taking it home. I don’t come here that often cause I’m tired of having to check my order to see if it’s what I ordered. I go to places that I can rely on correct orders.
