Ruby's - Bonforte Boulevard, Pueblo

Stopped in for some small plates and beverages with some friends. The setting and ambiance was 5/5 — great place to hang!Listed per google as a wine bar, we were a bit disappointed in the wine/beer offerings. It is seemed a short list, and they were out of one of the draft beers. I’d rate the wine/beer selection 4/5.The staff was very friendly and helpful in terms of hosting us. However our server was not knowledgeable about the wines or beers. We felt a bit like we could have used more help especially selecting a beer congruent with the flavor/style we were searching for. 4/5 on this.We got to snack trays. They were good! Not high brow charcuterie boards, but plentiful and fun. 4.5/5 on this.Overall a good place to hang and relax, would have liked more selection on the wines/beers, but enjoyed our stop.

This place is so adorable and staff was very friendly and helpful! Flatbread was delicious! Only thing I found strange was they only allow 1 coupon per table even with 2 couples with separate bills. But overall adorable place!! Also they are open Tuesday's google has it wrong!! ?

Really good food! I had the pepperoni, mozzarella,sweet basil flat bread. My husband had the Pueblo flat bread. A must try! I will definitely return.

My first time there and it was amazing ? ohhh my goodness.

A perfect spot to wrap up an evening, the Pueblo flatbread is a great balance of flavors, and the beer list was great.
