Dunkin' - Bonita Springs

I couldn't take a picture of the bagel because I already threw it in the trash. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, but received a plain one that wasn't even toasted. My Mango Coconut Refresher was also bad; the milk had tiny chunks settled at the bottom, which was disgusting. I tried to get a refund, but DoorDash only offered a partial one, so it feels like I just wasted $6 for nothing.

The coffee was bitter, even after I tried to adjust it. The hash browns were cold, and the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich I ordered wasn’t toasted despite my request for it to be.

Only half of the donuts were correct. The glazed ones didn’t have any glaze on them, and some of the others weren’t what we ordered. In fact, we didn’t like them at all.

You know how it's to get up early for work. you have enough time to dive into your local place and take a coffee. imagine my surprise when I was not even greeted by the vote in the box. Instead, I was sung in a ton I felt too loud for the afternoon, for a donation to a local children's hospital. do you want to empty $2 empty blanks? at the beginning of a morning I do not know that this is the right approach, without even having a greeting or allowing me to command one. I have never seen that someone does. worse than I have said something, as they welcome the people in the morning, not one, but two angry voices came across the small box in an inconspicuous collaboration of people who complain to me. here is what I did and I wish that more people would accept this policy. I wrote my window and went, knowing, in this early hour one of them had to be the manager, but didn't think I could order $100. this is not a thing of bad service, and they might have had a really good reason to want a donation, but the delivery and timing and then their reaction to get mad at the customers who only wanted to start their tomorrow in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere.

The facility is nice personal is always friendly. 5star service but a well earned 3 stars for never something on them are menu. just not what they had hired their taste buds.
