Tokyo Bay Bonita Springs

I visited this restaurant for the first time to try their all-you-can-eat sushi. Unfortunately, the sushi was quite bland and nothing remarkable. I understand that with all-you-can-eat options, you may not get the best quality rolls, but a bit more flavor would have been appreciated. The service was also very slow, even though my party was the only one in the restaurant.

I gave this restaurant only 1 star because I had no other choice. I made a reservation for 6:15 for my wife's birthday, as she loves hibachi. Even though I noted that it was her birthday, we were promptly seated and able to order drinks and appetizers. However, after placing our order, no one came to our table for an hour. We wanted more drinks or even just some water, but we were ignored. When the waitress finally returned to check on us, we decided to ask for the check instead. A man came over and said they had forgotten to turn on the grill. There was no visit from a manager, and the waitress dropped the bill off 15 minutes later, apologizing for the shortage of chefs. Happy birthday, indeed. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

During our meal, my family and I split the bill, with my mother and grandmother paying separately. Unfortunately, we encountered a very slow waitress. After waiting nearly 20 minutes to pay with a card, we decided to go to the bar area to settle our bill. While trying to pay, our waitress suddenly appeared and accused my mother of not paying her bill, causing a scene in the middle of the restaurant. I was embarrassed and humiliated. I spoke to a manager about the incident, but received little assistance. It was a traumatic experience, and to top it off, the new busboy accused us of stealing money from our tab. I will not be returning to Tokyo Bay. The food may be good, but the poor service and treatment we received were unacceptable. I advise future customers to be cautious about leaving money on the table.

Great place to eat Hibachi!! I suggest the steak and lobster with an additional side of fried rice the server was great and the cook was!!

Hibachi Massive portions, but prices are above average as well.
