It was nothing to put out. the service was trained but impersonal. eating was good, but not above average. in my opinion, the remise can be far more. we'll come back and see how you're developing. Conclusion: great ambiente, good eating and air up.
At the beginning there was brot with olive oil, this had significantly too much acidity for my taste. the flesh tastes nothing, the economical dressing fits this seamlessly. aging there were tagliatelles with truffles in sawnesauce. these were very powerful and creamy.Main food: bark fillet with beautiful, centrally located sehne, otherwise delicious.The second main dish was a callbsfilet of good consistency and good taste, unfortunately only very clear. the supplements were often only boiled.Wein: all open white wines have tried, unfortunately these are only tasted by average. would have liked to have paid me higher-class open wines for choice in such a restaurant. Conclusion: that was it.
We were in the remise for the second time a few days ago. the first time just before Christmas we had really enjoyed it, especially the typical ambiente of a scene. this time it was different. Although the restaurant was not even semi-full, we had to wait 40 minutes on the map. then we ordered à la carte. I would like to have ordered the dry aged holsteiner rind. Unfortunately, this was not possible, because without an appetizer “it would take too long” (the dry-aged piece has not yet reached its optimal ripening state!?!?). then we ordered the rinderfilet. the sauce (homemade)? and the frits were extra calculated so that the whole 38 € cost. I ordered an open Argentine Malbec. shortly afterwards the waiter came in hand with a French wine, and asked me if I would not rather drink this wine. in the bottle was only a rest that apparently had to leave the day. on the malbec I had to insist on what I felt very negatiw. to the dessert there was a banal ice-saving fait (kirschtraum), served on a plastic plate, and a very good sorbet. the female staff has served us very nicely. Conclusion: very nice restaurant, price performance only sufficient.
In good weather we had settled in the outside area of the restaurant located behind the post tower. that is not exceptional, but spectacular is the interior. very stylish, funny ideas to the sitting in the wc rooms.The eating was a disappointment: the spa was not edible, the sauce hollandaise was tastefully bad, the bachforelle at the main escort was unfortunately too raw. the Cesar salad was totally salted.
