Goodcents - Bonner Springs

My daughter and I stopped because I had a decent experience last time. BUT today was terrible the ultimate comes with bacon it was cold not heated up, the lady ringed you on always called everyone sweet who was annoying. She argued with me about the combo and litterly came to the counter to read it toe.. This store is located in Bonner Springs Ks.. Not the one on State Ave that is brilliant!!!?

Usually, we go through the drive-thru at this location. Except for one experience, the service and food have always been outstanding!

What a joke lobby was closed for whatever reason probably because the people working don't want you watching them make your sandwich. Didn't get what I ordered, again probably because you can't make sure they're listening. Nobody cares about service anymore.

Unfortunately, when Tony owned and managed this restaurant, it was much cleaner, the restrooms were functional, and there was a wider variety on the menu. Perhaps COVID-19 has impacted the quality here, but I found the place to be quite dirty. The tables weren't cleaned after customers left. The food I ordered was good, just as I expected.

Ordered delivery from here and received no toppings requested there wasn't even cheese on my sandwich. This is the second time this has happened. Apparently taking care of their customers is not a priority with this restaurant. Don't waste your money and drive out of your way to a different sandwich ship.
