Pizza Factory - Bonners Ferry

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The salad bar is wonderful and the pizza divine! We like to go often!

Pizza was absolutely great taste but the dipping sauce was idk

Came in to pick up a pizza to go. The phone rang and the young lady behind the counter actually asked me to hold on while she answered the call. I was expecting her to tell the person on the phone to hold on as I was there before the phone rang but nope, that didn 't happen. She actually took that order and made me wait. Would suggest management coach counsel and train the associates how customer service is supposed to go. Pizza was good though!

Best pizza in Bonner's ferry. I really like their cheese sticks.
