Zips - Bonners Ferry

Not gonna lie I love the chicken bacon swiss not matter how long I have to wait!!!

Literally worst possible service I've ever gotten in a restaurant. The workers were so oblivious too what was going on and who's order was who's. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru till we got tired of waiting to get our order taken, that we walked inside to wait another 20 minutes to receive our food. They must have gotten about 3 orders wrong while we were in there. HORRIBLE customer service. Won't be eating here again.

Chase. who works at this location, has excellent customer service and is the reason we keep coming back. He is an excellent face for the company with his cheerfulness, personableness and sense of humor. He answers the drive through order area with enthusiasm, ensuring he has your order correctly, helping recommend items that you might be interested in and really selling items on behalf of Zips. When you get to the window, he is there with a big genuine smile, chats a little while the order is being prepared, hands it through the window with a big smile and ensures you are happy with your order. It's almost like you don't want to leave because he is so happy and has such a zest for life. Oh and the food is awesome. The fries dipping sauce is amazing, I could drink it! We have had other items and they are all delish. The shakes are also amazing. The huckleberry one you can actually taste small pieces of the berries. We also had the s'mores marshmallow one. It was so good (per Chase's recommendation) that we went back again the next day. Would definitely recommend Zips and especially this location. Hope you go when Chase is there. It will make it a great experience!

The Zips in Bonners Ferry is under new management and the difference really shows. I had the best burger. I think it is the way they toast the bun that really made it. The food was fresh and the fries were hot. My grandchildren really enjoyed the chicken tenders and I have become a fan of the huckleberry milkshakes. We will definitely go there again.

The food is average. The service is slow. They have one person cooking during the lunch rush. I walked in and they were putting out drive thru orders left and right but I waited twenty minutes for my order. They got my order wrong at start, then after waiting for fifteen minutes, I asked and it turned out they gave my food to someone else.
