The management really needs to address the issue with their closing cashier, who seems to be more interested in collecting a paycheck than serving customers. I arrived at 4:53 PM, just seven minutes before closing, and the cashier immediately told me, "We're closed." I pointed out that their posted closing time is 5 PM, which she initially brushed off. Then, she claimed to be busy, despite the fact that she was sitting on her phone in an empty room, with me as the only customer. I can't help but wonder how long she had been "busy" before I got there. It's definitely time to find a more responsible cashier!

My husband and I absolutely love visiting this place. The customer service is outstanding every time we go. They offer delicious customizable smoothies at reasonable prices. Our favorites are the Island Berry and the Pink Starburst. If you're fortunate, you might arrive when there's no line. However, there are times when the wait can be quite long, and only one or two staff members are on duty. It's worth being patient, though, as they are doing their best to serve everyone quickly and efficiently!

I unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered at this restaurant, and it was particularly disappointing coming from the owner. Today, I ordered a drink that was completely undrinkable. Despite my best efforts to get through it, I couldn't manage it. My wife and daughter tried it too and felt the same way. When I politely asked if I could exchange the drink for something else, I was told no, as I had already ordered it. The owner went on to spend several minutes explaining how expensive ingredients are and that they couldn’t accommodate any drink swaps. Rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction, she opted to focus on how her profit margins would be impacted. If you enjoy supporting local businesses that place customer satisfaction at the very bottom of their priorities, then this is the place for you!

Super fast service, the staff was very kind and patient while deciding what to get, and the smoothies are amazing.
