Lakeside Grill At Tapps Island

The restaurant could use a makeover, but the staff is fantastic. The food is quite good, although it would benefit from a more streamlined menu with fewer options that emphasize quality. I'm looking forward to seeing how that evolves. The view of Mt. Rainier is unmatched—on a clear day, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake, the pool, the mountain, and the lovely homes on the nearby island. It doesn't get any better than this!

The restaurant offers fantastic views of Lake Tapps and the golf course. During my visit, there was live music and the food prices were quite reasonable. Overall, it was a delightful experience. The outdoor seating is shaded in the afternoon and very comfortable.

This is a fantastic bar and restaurant! It's the perfect spot for a round of golf, with the course offering various specials, so be sure to check online or give them a call. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the service is consistently excellent. I often come here to catch up with friends. You can enjoy a lovely view of the golf course and the lake, and there's a dock available where you can easily moor your boat before heading to the restaurant. It's a wonderful place to grab a bite to eat in a laid-back atmosphere before heading back to the lake to watch the sunset.

Great food super nice staff and beautiful views. Really nice to take the boat and tie at the Dod and walk to the restaurant.
