A&W - Bonnyville

There are a few staff members at this location that don’t seem to like their jobs. Multiple times I have encountered attitude from staff that was not deserved. Felt like I was inconveniencing them by eating here. A few days ago I paid in change, e.g. toonies and loonies and a few quarters, and the rude lady took my money to the front counter, called over another staff member and proceeded to point and laughed at my money. I usually use the drive thru window. Maybe going inside is a better experience?

The charismatic, sweet woman working the till on Friday made this A&W stand out from any other. She goes above and beyond the expectations of her position and deserves recognition. Each customer is treated to the best genuine welcome and servitude. The food was very well prepared with fresh ingredients.

This is the worst location in Canada!! They say they're open at 5.30 am but don't open till they want Monday was closer to 6 am yesterday same time! Today was closer too 540am and I went to oder food and was told sorry no staff is in yet !!! The worker even laughed when he said no staff.....Not too mention the lights are off and there was a couple people drinking coffee in the dark...this is ridiculous for any business Especially when you advertise that you do one thing and you don't even do that one thing!! If A and W staffing don't care about what they're serving who knows what they're doing with the food!! A W. Corporate office. Should take a look at this bonneville alberta location as whoever's managing it needs to learn managing skills and knowledge in hiring proper staff when needed...

Staff are very accommodating and helpful .The place is very organize and clean place. The best experience so far in town.
