KFC - Bonnyville

I ask for fresh pommes because I literally get fresh pommes and my pommes are cold. the hen is always soggy and expensive.

Was told a 10-15min wait, I have almost waited 45min to get my meal, and I needed to go to work, now I am going to be late. Will never come back to this KFC

Outrageous, they keep the washroom closed along with dining area because of Covid. Not only you can't eat there, but can't even wash your hands to eat in a vehicle later

The chicken batter is so often undercooked and they’re quality control is next to none. I wish I would remember to check my orders but why should I have to? More than once kitchen employees have forgotten something from a simple order only to notice, when I get home, 20 minutes away. It should be policy to check and correct their product before it leaves the restaurant. Because I live out of town they suggested that I return when I can for MORE FRIES but instead I requested a REFUND. Get it together already.

This load in bonnyville has positive moods. I entered and saw that the customers were delivered at the order and immediately. they saw how the supervisor heard the commands from the kitchen and made clear to the customer what they ordered and served them with smiles. I reached earlier than my said time for online ordering, but was ready before him and was excused, I had to wait only 2 minutes. in any case visit them so save, recommend and thank them kfc
