Jack In The Box - Bonsall

The staff working at the counter were horribly rude, both young men and girls. They have now replaced ordering and payment with screens, which was recently implemented at this location. After standing there for at least 5 minutes, I finally asked for assistance with placing my order. The person in the back just gestured towards the front and grunted, indicating that I needed to use the screen to place my order. When I mentioned that I was visually impaired and asked for help, he reluctantly came up to assist me but made mistakes along the way. When we encountered issues with my bank card, he responded rudely asking if I had another card, to which I replied that I did not. He then shrugged, walked away, and mumbled something about not knowing what to do. I was left feeling disgusted by the experience and have not returned since. McDonald's is now the only other quick option for me in Bonsall. Additionally, I noticed they no longer provided paper receipts, adding to the frustration of the visit.

The boy with long hair and a dark complexion seemed like he was not being paid at all. He rudely refused to serve ice cream and had a terrible attitude.

Honestly didn’t care for the food that much but the woman who rung us up (who I think was the manager) was super nice and when she found out it was my first time at a Jack in the Box she threw in some extra sauces.

Clean, bright and odor free lobby but a bit on the smaller side. No outdoor seating. Restrooms requires code. Self-service Coke branded fountain drinks and napkins. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Mobil orders was quick. Drive through available. Ample parking that is adjacent to plazza parking lot that can accommodate RVs and small trucks.

If I could give it less stars I would. I went there Tuesday night at 11 pm and there was 1 car in front of me. It was a female and the boy working the window was too busy flirting with her to bother with food. I was in line for 10 minutes before I just backed up and left. I will never go back. Zero stars and please fire the boy with dark hair who was working the window on Tuesday.
