They have discount signs in the store then when you try to buy the discounted items they say I'm sorry that sale ended 2-3 week ago. Will not honor the sign.

This Pilot is smaller than some of the bigger Travel Centers and is more like a Pilot convenience store. Despite it's smaller size, it still has a reasonably good selection of merchandise, snacks and beverages. It also has a Subway store attached.As with most Pilot Travel Centers, it was clean, well organized and well lite. The restrooms were also clean.

Calling this a travel center is deceptive. It is a barely functioning gas station. Gas pumps do not dispense receipts. No running water inside, no working restrooms, SubWay shop not operating. Avoid this Pilot.

Smallest Pilot Travel Center ever and should be just a gas station. The bathrooms were closed. The grills were closed. Subway is closed. The place is falling apart. I recommend if you just need gas that is fine but the machine has no paper to print receipts. If you need anything else go somewhere else. And if you have enough fuel, keep going and get gas at the KY Speedway, gas is even cheaper.

I'm a professional driver I reserved a shower by app today and I walk in there's someone in my shower they gave my shower to someone else I don't recommend to this place to anyone it's waste of time
