Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

We will not be going back although we have loved Papa Murphys for years. Our family does not appreciate being FORCED to tip store employees at least 15%. The employees are store employees not servers. The company should pay them more if that's an issue.The employees in this store will not even answer the phone forcing us to order online. I wonder how much business that costs the store in rural Iowa.

Good was able to get in and out in five minutes friendly staff

I had a frustrating experience today at 1 PM when I called to place my order. The female employee I spoke with was quite rude. When my husband went to pick up the pizza, she made a mistake with the order and then proceeded to argue with him about it. I was really taken aback by how unpleasant she was.

The garlic chicken pizza here is outstanding on thin crust! The staff is friendly and quick in preparing the pizzas.

I'm happy to share my thoughts on this place. I was really impressed with the pizza—it's full of flavor! I give it a perfect score of 10.
