My wife tried the Cassie’s Salad, which was a generous serving of romaine lettuce topped with smoked chicken, cheese, bacon bits, and your choice of BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, or both. She found it to be a delicious and fresh option! I opted for the two-meat plate accompanied by creamy coleslaw and Cajun Fried Okra. The okra was uniquely seasoned with a Cajun spice blend, giving a fresh twist to a classic dish. As for the meats, I enjoyed tender slices of brisket and homemade sausage. The sausage was a delightful mixture of meat and cheddar, encased and smoked to perfection. There are three types of BBQ sauce available on the table. While the hot sauce was tasty, I particularly loved the medium bootleg sauce. It truly stands out, and I’d say Texas BBQ has nothing on these folks! In town for work and decided to visit based on recommendations. I had the Chad, chopped brisket sandwich with coleslaw, which was absolutely delicious! They have homemade cheesecake that is amazing!
