My family and I absolutely love Buerky's! It's the best grill we've ever experienced! The staff is incredibly friendly and the family atmosphere is fantastic. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy a selection of quality, custom-smoked meats that you won't find anywhere else in Missouri! It's owned by a genuine and caring family—the Buerkys! They truly embody authenticity, and that's something you can count on! This cozy barbecue spot is currently open only on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 AM to 8 PM, and the food is excellent. You definitely need to try the burnt ends and the fried fish, which is available exclusively on Fridays.

I'm absolutely in love with this place! The food is incredible, the prices are reasonable, and everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly. While anyone can put on a smile and be courteous, when you truly enjoy what you're doing, a warm and joyful spirit really shines through. You're really nailing it here!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This is the perfect Boonville experience. Small town vibe with people that take pride in their craft and hospitality. You won’t get a sanitized chain feel or flavor. The MEATY-IST ribs I have ever had. Smoke to perfection. Sauce or no sauce, you take your choice. There are strikers to be told. Check out the letterman’s jacket story, ask about the “bar” and get the ribs!!!
