Hinterland Country Diner - Booroobin

This is the cheapest cafe/restaurant in town. The owners are very pleasant and the food is good basic fare at very reasonable prices.

I was so happy when I gave Maleny diner a try. The prices are cheaper than all the other cafe's, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Everytime I have money to spare I treat myself to breakfast there.Truly a fantastic place to grab a bite.-The girl that always comes in her pajamas (R) xxx

The prices are very reasonable at this diner compared to a lot of the other very trendy and some overpriced cafes in Maleny.If you want amazing surroundings then maybe dont come here'sOur meals were the breakfast wrap with bacon.egg.avocado plus for my husband eggs and bacon plus coffees and the total bill was $24 which was very reasonable and the meals were very generous. Would we return yes as the service was pleasant as well and no attitude which is always great

Had a terrific day all around Malany and Hinterland. Strolled around Malany and stopped in here for lunch. What a great lunch. With great service. The place was busy but care was taken to make everyone comfortable and well fed. Would recommend as a definite. And will be going back whenever in Malany.

I received a coffee, which had over half the mug with chips on the inside of rim (couldn't see with a the coffee to the top), was obvious, that the coffee maker was smashing them into the machine which has made this wear and tear. It cut my side of my lip right b4 Xmas and I was actually bleeding. Makes me think they have never thrown the mug away from previous customers complaints. I brought it to the attention of a male worker, who replied with, "Oh right". No apology what so ever. Got my big brekky delivered with a "sorry about that" from the lady who served me. No offer of a replacement coffee or discount of any kind. I will DEFINITELY NOT RETURN.
