Big Daddy's Grill - Boquete

We came to this restaurant one night after our hotel staff recommended it to us. We were just looking for a casual dinner and some cocktails. We tried the shrimp tacos, which were very tasty, and the coconut margaritas, which were a happy hour special. They were a bit sweet, but hey, I don't have cocktails every day... and I'm on vacation! The cocktails paired perfectly with the tacos. We also loved seeing all the little cats lounging around, and one even came to sleep by my feet. I couldn't resist sharing a few pieces of my friend's leftover ribs with the cat, and it seemed to really enjoy them.

This is a great casual spot in Boquete! The red rum pork chop is delicious! Make sure to sit on the back patio for an amazing ambiance!

This hidden gem was a lovely restaurant which we visited while in Puerto Rico. Food was excellent, staff were friendly efficient. The view overlooking the beach was second to none. Highly recommend!

Food was very mediocre. The tacos were dry and lacked any real flavor. The rice was cold. Our hotel and my guide book recommended this place so we had higher expectations. The staff was friendly at least.

Mediocre food. Indifferent service. Nice outside covered seating in the back. Would be a good party bar but dinner was so-so
