Balthazar - Boraas

The food and wine were excellent at this restaurant. It was full, but they graciously seated us in the VIP room. The service was friendly, and our children were pleased with their steak burgers.

The waitstaff was attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. The view was beautiful. The burrata could have been a bit creamier, but overall, the food was delicious.

The food was amazing and the service was excellent. This is the best restaurant in Borås. I had two starters and one main, all of them were spectacular. Don't miss the risotto di mare, it was excellent. To finish off the meal, I highly recommend the banana split. It was truly special.

Really nice atmosphere, really good food! The waiter was really kind and informative. Ordered myself the oxfilé medium and the evening's chocolate which was chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and berrys on top.
