Japonais 1001 Sushi Bordeaux

Tested to take away: the room is not intended to accommodate customers and even makes a little fear (velos, bags and coats stacked in bulk, rice preparation on the counter... , but in the end the sushi are good and quite copyy for this type of restaurant.

After having seen multiple reviews on the sites, I let myself try to place order in this restaurant. The problem was that the salmon should not be fresh because my friend did a food poisoning... On the other hand, rather fast delivery with a very nice delivery.

Order delivered at home, good and hearty sushi tray, tuna skewers and excellent shrimp, available soup, good value for money...

The order was made by a known site. The only hic 15 minutes late The N6 menu did not pose any problems. We felt the freshness of the products. The soup was very good.

Steam Ravioli with no flavours and no sauce (I don't know if it's normal but a sweet sour would have been very good) Beef Brochettes/Cheese small and poorly balanced, too much cheese, not enough meat. NATURE rice salad that is actually round rice (riz to sushi) not vinegared. Never seen this in an Asian restaurant. Disgusting, no interest. Basic cabbage salad like you eat in all the lambdas Japanese restaurants. Shipping fast enough. Wizard. No error on the order. Sashimis pieces were very roughly cut but thick. It's agreed to me, but I think it'd save others... I wouldn't try this restaurant again.
