Adequate, at best. Curly Fries were slightly burnt. There was confusion regarding the bun. Corporate apparently decided not to make condiments or napkins easily available. And, too many restaurants in the chain have closed. Inconvenient. I won't go back;too far.
The team working the drive-thru tonight really hit it out of the park. My order was exactly as I requested, and they communicated everything clearly to ensure I received what I wanted. Great job, everyone! Keep it up!
I've always enjoyed stopping here whenever I pass through New Jersey, and I've never had any issues until now. On August 28, 2022, the food was quite disappointing—everything was old and cold, and the fries were burnt. I usually order a 1/2 pound beef with cheddar and curly fries, but both were stale this time. The person taking my order was friendly, which was a plus. I typically visit this restaurant once a month, or whenever I'm back on the East Coast. I thought I might have hit it at a bad time since it was only 4 PM, when the food should be fresh and hot, not old and cold. I'll give it another try the next time I'm in the area and update my review accordingly.
This is my favorite fast food spot. I've visited this location a few times and I've always been pleased with my experience. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. I usually order the French dip or the roast beef gyro, both of which are always delicious and satisfying.
