Starbucks - BORDENTOWN

I rarely get a chance to go to the Bordentown location, but I've never had a bad experience there in all the years I've been going there. Polite friendly staff at every visit!

Starbucks is typically quite a busy place, but the staff at this location remain friendly and polite. I've never received an incorrect order, and both the drive-thru and the inside are always accessible.

Me and my cousin came to starbucks this morning and i asked G if she could give me any drink of her choosing. G excitedly accommodated my request and she explained her thought process behind the drink she made for me. We were really impressed by how she mixed the dark caramel in the cold foam and she was so kind and personable at the window!! Such a great experience all thanks to G!!!!!!

Poor customer service at drive up. I had to repeat my order 3 times and her response was you want what it was just a latte and a pastry got to the pick up window and asked me again and then tells me they don't have the pastry.I asked who took my order and she said she doesn't know.I asked what was her name she said she just got in.I asked for the manager she said she was not in. Meanwhile the other two workers were next to her just laughing. I go to this location everyday sometimes twice a day. I never experience just terrible service!!!!Need to go somewhere!!!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel compelled to share my disappointment as a former Starbucks employee. My recent experiences have been unsatisfactory, both in terms of customer service and the quality of my drinks. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident; it reflects a pattern of many disappointing visits. I understand that everyone has off days and I have tried my best to give them another chance, but I keep leaving feeling let down. I've worked in this industry and know how stressful it can get, particularly during peak hours. I wouldn’t mind waiting if I could be assured that my drink would be worth it! Perhaps some retraining for the staff could improve service at this location.
