I have been in Borger close to a year and visit the Plaza quite often. I have never had one complaint or witnessed anyone else unsatisfied. The food is great every time. And if it’s the chips and salsa a person might be after, it’s great also. But for me, even as good as the food is, what keeps me coming back is their customer service. These days that can be rare. Their waitstaff and management are very professional, kind, and courteous. I have been very impressed every visit. Mia and Vanessa Fraire were two waitresses that really made me feel the need to write this review. I encourage anyone to visit this place and see for yourself.
