Svaneke Is is nestled along the old cobblestown roads of this small town! They make fresh ice cream in an amazing array of flavors including my favorite (currant! . You can have a fresh waffle cone, a dish or a specialty of the house! The service is pleasant and the atmosphere extremely cozy! A terrific place to 'duck in ' for a short break after strolling through Svaneke and ducking in their interesting small shops!

Really nice ice cream parlour in a really nice spot in the town of Svaneke. Not that absolute best ice cream I’ve tried but it was probably one of the best.

This is a very good ice shop, especially their chocolate ice cream is recommendable and so is the diamond with March mellow. They have a nice garden I which you can enjoy the ice cream.

Nice place and good staff. However, Isen was not worth the money. Not much taste in the ice and it did not seem fresh when it was stone hard.

Svanke Is produces some excellent quality, home made ice cream and served in very large portions. The range of flavours is large and so far all we have tried have been really good. This goes for both the traditional ones like vanilla, chocholate, mocca, strawberry, as well as for their own blends. Only small criticism is that ice crystals do occur in many of them. In small numbers, but enough to interrupt the feeling of a smooth, soft ice cream just a tiny bit. Try also their waffle cones. They are crispy and with great taste. The service is very helpful and positive and the in door facilities are fine, nice and clean. In my opinion the absolute second best home made ice cream on Bornholm. Number 1 is just 100 meters away in Svanke with an almost similar name.
