Papa Johns Pizza - Boronia Rd, Auburn

Stay away from this place. My order was never received. The manager falsely claimed that the driver was on the way, but the order never arrived.

I've called this place 6 times and each time they have just picked up the phone and left it on the hook and left me sitting there. This is crazy!! No reason I shouldn't be able to call and at least speak to someone, no hey give me one sec or nothing!! I thought Papa johns was better than the dominos in the area but they are all the same!!

I bought garlic knots and they are dry without garlic sauce, they are horrible, they don't taste like anything, the pizza is dry and tasteless

Everytime I call to place an order, and wait for like 5 minutes through the really obnoxious hold sales pitch, this store keeps hanging up my call as soon as they pick up. 4x in a row is not a coincidence or accidental.

I walked in to this location thinking it was a chuck e. cheese and was disappointed until one of the employees graciously allowed me to play on his dogs i pad. I then walked into the drink machine and found that there was a basketball machine. After 7 hours and 15.6 minutes I discovered It was all a dream so I speedily traversed with gumption to the real life location and discovered my wildest dreams couldn’t have compared to the heavenly spacious restaurant which was this papa johns. I was elated beyond measure and ordered 1/82 of the entire menu. The service was better than my wife's midwife from Wisconsin. I have now become a regular and visit regularly.Parking: Boisterous and beautiful
