The noodles were cooked perfectly and could rival those served at most Chinese restaurants. The duck was juicy, well-seasoned, and tender. I also enjoyed a hot and milky chai tea with a delightful hint of chai leaves. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Infuse is a casual dining Asian fusion restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We visited during brunch and sampled a few dishes. We especially enjoyed the crispy lamb cutlets in the lamb shakshuka, which easily came off the bone. The dish was served with delicious roti that paired perfectly with the baked egg. The breakfast baos were a standout, with the caramelised pork belly and chilli scramble complementing the bao perfectly. While the sesame tuna bowl was a bit dry, we still found it enjoyable.
After enjoying a great dinner at Infuse in Greensborough, we decided to try their sister restaurant in Camberwell for brunch. We ordered Green Eggs and Ham, the Breakfast Bar, and the Apple Pancake. The Green Eggs and Ham was a simple and delicious dish with poached eggs on panfried ham slices and a generous amount of smashed avocado. The Breakfast Bar was a more sophisticated dish with steamed bread rolls filled with Vietnamese style salad and grilled pork slices in a tangy dressing. The Apple Pancake was served in a cast iron pan with stewed apple and a crunchy granola, topped with warm caramel sauce. We also enjoyed Chai Latte, regular Latte, Watermelon and Pineapple Juice, and cocktails. The Espresso Martini was good, but the highlight was the Lychee Martini with vodka and lychee juice. Just like their Greensborough location, we will definitely be returning to Infuse in Camberwell soon.
We had a nice time and want to come back for lunch!
For starters the coffee was more than amazing as we didn’t expect it at all really. Going by the menu we thought we will be enjoying a beautiful asian lunch but the coffee just surprised us in fact the chai latte was one of the good ones i’ve tasted so fat! loved it Absolutely enjoyed the dumplings and the Nasi goreng with satay sauce as they were very delicious and the soy panna cotta was just cherry on top as I am lactose intolerant. Very friendly staff, actually i might come back for the brunch they’ve got to offer.
