We all ordered our meals separately on the app. One meal was ready in 10 minutes, but the others were left sitting on the pass for another 10 minutes while the staff stood next to the pass chatting. My friend had almost finished eating by the time we received our meals. Despite there only being us and one other table, our meals and sides were ready and waiting on the plates at the pass. There was no apology or explanation given. The person who finally brought our meals over was wearing a different uniform, so I assume he was a manager, but he didn't offer any explanation either. I was disappointed with the service and I do not plan on returning to Nando's in Camberwell.
Jack provided exceptional service during our visit. He was very professional and knowledgeable, assisting us with our food and drink selections. He made sure that we were satisfied with our meals, which were served at the perfect temperature and tasted delicious. Jack is a valuable member of the Nando's team, and we are grateful for his excellent service. Thank you!
I like to give peas a chance but the colourless mess of Macho Peas served up by Camberwell branch tonight was tasteless and repulsive.
Took quite a long time being served after ordering online, but server Zara was very helpful with moving it along when we asked her about it and they also kindly offered free dessert because of the delay. Food was tasty.
My partner and I got served by Brianna who we told x2 to add gargling perinase with the order. Once we got home there was no perinase lol which doesn’t seem deep but it was considering the thighs are dry without it and we paid for it. It’s not the money but more the principle as now the thighs are dry and the order it not worth the 13 quid with soggy fries. This Nandos in particular always forgets stuff in the orders it’s so frustrating.
