The BBQ is served on the page that is beautiful if you do not want sauce or prefer your own. Our meal came with a piece of corn bread. All meats were incredibly dried out, which was incredibly disappointing. We have the Briske, the pig and the ribs. The Mac and cheese was good, but the baked beans I couldn't eat because they were full of onions I can't eat. The pages were also very small considering that we got 3 orders from meat. By the fact that all meats were dried out, the sides were small, the beans contained onions, and the grain bread was also dried. Everything was also expensive given the quality we receive.
This place is good, staff is friendly, servings are American size. I think they own their own pigs as there is a stinking building, a quarter mile downwind, and you can see the smoker outside the smoke Shake from the street. A large ice cone is gigantic and needs a cup to carry the upper half at home. There is a weakness that the food tastes. The complete shelf fell from the bone, but did not seem to be cooked with a strong taste. The sauce was a bit casual, but works well on the Cajun Pommes. There are spicy options on the menu, but my order seemed a bit like BBQ for people who don't like BBQ. I'm glad to have something relatively local, but I can't give it five stars. It has potential to improve. Give your BBQ a personality!
Excellent food service. My whole belly clams where perfectly cooked. My baby back ribs so tender the sweet potatoes fries very good. I loved the variety of bbq sauces. Ice cream so delicious. shop Extremely clean, safe parking, close to highway access. Friendly service.
Okay so I literally just finished eating and I couldn?t wait to post how delicious this food was! My family was eating off each plates, everyone is in a food coma ?? The burger was fresh off the grill, Cajun fries were fresh, the hotdog w/ coleslaw got me excited for Memorial Day, and the brisket with Mac-n-cheese was killer. My boy friend had to block his plate ?? This place is a must and now apart of weekly rotation. The staff was very friendly.
I really want to love this place because I love BBQ and it's so close to my home. I will definitely give them another attempt, but my first experience was not great. I ordered the two meat plate and during the brisket was good (it is very dry, but I would like to add my own sauce, so no complaints about it) the pulled chicken was not good. Almost every single bite had a bone in it or some strange Gristle bits. I literally pulled bones out of my mouth. My pages weren't great either. The chicken plier dish was also expensive for chicken you basically get in any other generic restaurant for much cheaper. All in all, it was okay.
